Timothy Smith and Sons provides Court Certified Antique and Fine Art Appraisals for:

• Antique and Fine Art attachment to your homeowners insurance policy. (This is required by most insurance companies before they will pay claims on items with greater than apparent value)
  
  
• The Internal Revenue Service Charitable Donation in Kind tax deduction. Timothy Smith and Sons will provide you with the properly formatted appraisal of your donation and sign the appropriate IRS forms and certifications.
  
  
• Estate Valuation for personal property or probate assessment.
  
  
• Personal or Family interest appraisals
